How To Fill Out The Prescription
Entering your prescription correctly is one of the most important steps when ordering eyewear online. Below are common prescription types and simple examples to help you fill in your details accurately for ORVIOS glasses.
Single Vision Prescription
If your prescription looks like the example below, simply select the Single Vision option and enter the values exactly as shown.
Single Vision Prescription with Prism
If your prescription includes prism correction, enter the prism values together with the standard SPH, CYL and AXIS information.
Progressive Prescription
Progressive prescriptions normally include an ADD value. Enter each value exactly as it appears on your prescription.

How to Measure Your PD at Home

Stand about 8 inches (20 cm) from a mirror. Keep your head level and look straight ahead.
Step 2
Close your right eye and align the 0 mark on the ruler with the center of your left pupil.
Step 3
Close your left eye and read the millimeter number aligned with the center of your right pupil.
Step 4
If you need dual PD, measure each eye separately and enter both measurements.
